Software fulfillment timing
Perkins EST laptop bundle: Perkins EST laptop bundles are prepared with the one-year Perkins EST license installed on the supplied laptop and ready to use. Please allow approximately one week before shipment; this is a preparation estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Before purchasing, you are responsible for verifying that you have the correct compatible interface adapter and cables for your equipment. Neither is included with this package. Ford IDS: Ford IDS is a one-year license for one computer and cannot be transferred to another computer. Setup must be coordinated with Diesel Diagnostic Equipment; this is not a self-install product. We will contact you within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation to arrange setup. This is a coordination timeframe, not a promise that setup will be completed within that period.
