Software license final-sale policy
All software license sales are final once purchased. This applies to standalone software licenses and software included with diagnostic laptop bundles. Please confirm compatibility and licensing requirements before purchase.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Software fulfillment timing
Software licenses are fulfilled manually. Please allow 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed outside business hours are handled starting the next business day.
For laptop bundles, software license instructions are sent separately from shipment updates. Shipment timing is communicated separately; this notice does not provide a delivery date.
Computer arrival-damage support
If a computer arrives damaged or is nonfunctional out of the box, notify Diesel Diagnostic Equipment within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and assist with support and appropriate next steps. Please retain the packaging and provide clear photos or other details requested for review.
This support commitment does not create an unconditional refund, replacement, or warranty promise. Any available remedy depends on the facts, the product listing, and applicable law.
